All orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Order Confirmation

• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation

 Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.

• Standard Shipping: $15.00 (2-4 business days)
• Express Shipping: $16.50 (1-2 business days)

4. Shipping Restrictions & Address Changes

We only ship to physical residential and business addresses across New Zealand / PO boxes currently.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we strive for an on-time delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control.

• Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and items, and contact us within 48hrs of delivery.
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered to you but you haven't received it, or if it is heavily delayed, please reach out so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
